Workshop 2 Overview:
Workshop 2 began with observations from Workshop 1 and a summary of findings from the interactive SWOT mapping exercise.
By consolidating and analyzing the SWOT dots from the five sessions, patterns began to emerge relative to perceptions of the physical campus, from positive assets to not-so-positive assets, and revealed areas of opportunity throughout the campus.
Part 2 of the workshop involved an interactive exercise designed for participants to work with elements of the UA Strategic Plan. Small groups studied Plan initiatives and identified possible physical, policy, program, and technology implications of each initiative. The targeted outcome is to provide additional feedback and direction to the Steering Committee on how the Master Plan can support key Strategic Plan initiatives from all Pillars.
