MAIN CAMPUS MASTER PLAN
The Main Campus planning effort was restarted on April 22, 2022, with a meeting of the Executive Steering Committee. This committee will guide the plan’s development with the consultant team of Ayers Saint Gross, seeking direction and consensus on overarching planning topics including Strategic Plan alignment and physical planning.

SIERRA VISTA MASTER PLAN
The University is also developing a new master plan for the Sierra Vista Campus. This planning effort was started in March 2020 and will align the campus with the 4th Industrial Revolution and future-focused work of the College of Applied Science & Technology (CAST) and its regional partners.
The growth trajectory of CAST is likely to exceed the capacity of the current facilities in the next few years, so the need for new facilities and overall campus improvements, coupled with the high potential for significant research activity in the region, make this planning effort a priority for the campus.
